CleanGrab is a free tool that removes background noise, hum, echo and wind from audio recordings — no account required, no watermark, no files stored after processing. It runs on a GPU in the cloud so there's nothing to install. CleanGrab is part of the ShinobiTools suite of free AI-powered browser tools.
Bug report: describe the file format and what went wrong — for instance whether the noise removal made the audio worse or whether the file failed to process. A browser console error helps us fix it faster.

We aim to reply within 1–3 business days when an e-mail address is provided. Messages without an e-mail are read but cannot be answered individually.
Our own error log from the past 31 days shows what really trips people up: the single most common rejection is a recording over 45 minutes, logged 8 times, followed by uploads that simply ran slow — one chunk upload took as long as 18 seconds, and on the slowest run the cleanup step itself took 125 seconds. Of the 15 uploads we rejected in that period, only 1 failed outright during processing; the rest were stopped by the length or size limit before cleanup even started. If your message is about a failed or slow upload, mention the recording's length and rough file size — it's the fastest way for us to tell whether you hit one of these known limits or found something new.
